COVID-19 Updates

The Kentucky Department for Public Health (KDPH) is actively responding to the COVID-19 situation. This respiratory disease was first detected in a Kentucky resident on March 6, 2020. As of March 9, 2020, there is four confirmed cases in Kentucky, two in Harrison Co., one in Fayette Co., and one in Jefferson Co. Current state guidance suggests individuals over 60 years old and those with co-morbidities (Heart disease, Diabetes, Lung disease, Kidney failure) to be at higher risk for contracting illnesses.

Jennie Stuart Health is accepting applications for the Henry R. Bell, MD scholarship fund

Jennie Stuart Health is now accepting applications for the Henry R. Bell, MD, Scholarship Fund, which will award a total of four $2,000 scholarships to high school students interested in a career in the healthcare field. Students from Christian, Todd and Trigg counties are welcome to apply.

Applications are available online below, and may be mailed to Jennies Stuart Health, ATTN: Anita Walker  320 W. 18th Street P.O. Box 2400 Hopkinsville, KY 42241. The deadline to submit applications is April 1st 2020. Winners will be notified by mail.

Jennie Stuart Health Wins Multiple Awards at KSHPRM Conference

Jennie Stuart Health won a series of awards in the Kentucky Society of Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Fall 2019 conference! JSH was awarded a Thoroughbred Award for Direct Mail piece featuring "Delivering Excellence across the Generations" and also in Radio Advertising: 30 or: 60 second spot for the JSH Jingle. In addition, JSH was recognized with an Honorable Mention for the 2018 Annual Report.
