As part of the 2018 Excellence in Leadership Awards, Greg Moore, of Jennie Stuart Health, was recently recognized as "Chief Financial Officer of the Year" (CFO) by Quorum Health Resources. Quorum serves as the largest healthcare professional service company for non-urban hospitals and health systems nationwide. 

In the four years Mr. Moore has been CFO, he has consistently improved operations and processes at Jennie Stuart as evident by receiving the honor of "Most Improved Hospital Financial Performance" for back-to-back years in 2016 and 2017. He excels at motivating staff and promoting continuous educational opportunities. Recognized by leadership and the Board of Trustees, Mr. Moore is noted for his ability to provide accurate and consistent financials, in addition to being recognized for his keen ability to realize improvements in financial metrics. "We are so fortunate to have Greg as a member of our leadership team. His financial strengths and analytical skills have proven to be a tremendous asset to Jennie Stuart," said Eric Lee, CEO. Mr. Moore is actively involved in both local community and healthcare organizations, including Vice Chairman of Christian County Chamber of Commerce Board and Finance Committee member, United Way Latham Society, Vanderbilt Health Affiliated Network Finance Committee, Healthcare Financial Management Association, American College of Healthcare Executives, and the Kentucky Hospital Association Hospital Reimbursement Committee.
