Our physicians and staff will continue to provide patients with quality medical care. We are dedicated to ensuring their safety and the safety of others within the facility.

Beginning March 19 at 7:00 pm, the following restrictions will be in place:

·The Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day however, no visitors will be allowed. Patients may be dropped off and family/friend may provide a telephone number for contact.

·No visitors allowed in inpatient areas.

Exceptions to these restrictions:

·OB patients may be accompanied by one healthy adult.

·Patients arriving for outpatient testing, outpatient surgery, or outpatient procedures are allowed one caregiver to accompany them.

·Essential caregivers (one healthy adult) must accompany pediatric patients and patients under the age of 18.

·One essential caregiver for end of life patients is allowed (determined on a case by case basis).

·Please remember to use hand washing precautions when entering and leaving patient rooms.

To assist with this process, entrance restrictions are as follows:

·The 18th Street entrance remains open only for outpatient infusion, cardiac rehabilitation, and pulmonary rehabilitation patients.

·All other visitors are asked to enter through the main entrance near the emergency department.

·Screenings will be provided at these two locations. No other hospital entrances will be open.

·E.C. Green Cancer Center patients will continue to enter through the Wallace Building where screenings will be conducted before entry.

To communicate with patients and receive updates regarding hospital patients:

·Please utilize the telephone, mobile phone, FaceTime, or texting for communication.

·Patients will have one point of contact for our team to communicate with.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Please understand this situation is ever-evolving and information may change.
