Doctor Bio

Shannon Little Spain is a community- based Advanced Practice Nurse with 19 years' experience as a nurse with more than 4 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner. After graduation, she worked as a Rural health APRN, specializing in Chronic Care Management. She has also worked in Urgent Care settings, Hospice Care, and COVID testing centers. She ha special interest in Mental Health, Women's Health, and Pediatrics. 

She was born and raised in the rural community of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, and now lives in Clarksville, Tennessee with her husband. They have 5 children and 10 grandchildren together with all living close by. She loves spending time with her family and grandchildren.
